Приговором Савёловского районного суда города Москвы Джуан Ф.Э. и Неруш А.В. признаны виновными в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 3 ст. 30 ч. 3 ст. 189 УК РФ (в редакции ФЗ от 14 июля 2022 года # 260-ФЗ).

Суд назначил каждому наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком на 3 года с отбыванием наказания в колонии общего режима и взял под стражу в зале суда.
