Постановлением Таганскогорайонного суда города Москвы Эйдельман Тамара Натановна признана виновным в совершении административного правонарушения, предусмотренного ч. 4 ст. 19.34 КоАП РФ.
Суд назначил административное наказание в виде административного штрафа в размере 45 тыс рублей.

These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted.
