На службовому автомобілі Chevrolet Suburban д/н КА0021ОВ чорного коліру, вивіз Борисова до м. Київ. Далі через колишнього заступника ГПУ Максима Якубовського (колишнього юриста Медведчука) , з яким Гуляк та Борисов знаходяться в дружніх стосунках, планувалось переправити Борисова за кордон. За вказані послуги останній обіцяв винагороду в районі 1 млн. ( чого саме невідомо).
