Экспертами было проведено исследование, установившее, что в большинстве источников «Беларусь» используется значительно чаще, чем «Белоруссия». Рабочая группа рекомендовала переименовать статью Белоруссия в Беларусь.
Отметим, что переименование Белоруссии в Беларусь в других статьях Википедии в данный момент ещё не завершено, но название страны в основной статье уже изменено.
