Спикеры расскажуто возможностях для волонтеров, ведь в Челябинске впервые формируется новый подход к "сборке команды", которая будет реализовывать цели движения на территории. После года работы и низких рейтингов в общем списке участников с января 2024 года разработана новая стратегия, которую в узких кругах прозвали "челябинской". Впервые ставки в волонтерской деятельности сделаны не на молодежь и детей, а на активных жителей в возрасте 27-45 лет, на их профессиональные компетенции.
