🔎 Збитки державі у кримінальних провадженнях НАБУ і САП вимірюються мільярдами гривень. Задача антикорупційних органів – якісно провести розслідування, довести провину корупціонера в суді та домогтися відшкодування завданих збитків.
У справах, скерованих до суду з обвинувальним актом у 2024 році, загальна сума встановлених збитків перевищила 26 млрд грн, з яких найбільше заподіяно у таких сферах:
🔋 енергетична – 21,7 млрд грн;
👥 соціальна – 2,03 млрд грн;
🛡 оборонна – 539,2 млн грн.
За минулий рік у справах (як тих, що у роботі, так і скерованих до суду) відшкодовано збитків на суму 823 млн грн.
Пред’явлено цивільні позови на суму 23,09 млрд грн.
⭐️ Забезпечення відшкодування корупціонерами збитків – задача із зірочкою, для розв’язання якої треба докласти неабияких зусиль. НАБУ і САП роблять це щодня.

Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation.
