Началась эта солнечная терапия за окном, и моментом ужин превратился в предвкушение последствий дачного сезона.
Готовим: По овощам все ясно: Перец болгарский Огурчик Сладкие черри (в комментах) Лук красный полукольцами Много зелени(!) тут укроп-петрушка в основном
А вот и добавочки: Фетакса - появилась без рассола и это просто чудо! Маслины черные Лимон, оливковое масло для заправки, соль по вкусу
Все мелко режем, выдавливаем лимончик и заправляем оливковым маслом! Ну это просто летнее роскошество в апреле.

😉И вот когда мне лень, и меня так захватила кулинарная апатия - я просто заказываю потрошенную дорадо-промываю, обсушиваю, солю. Закидываю внутрь много петрушки, чесночок и дольки лимона, закрываю фольгой и в духовку на 40 мин 180 гр. И подаю с салатиком 😏
