Пикшу я разделила на 2 части.
Авантюра с курицей была в том же духе. Продукт один- а блюда два😁

Блюдо 1: ЗРАЗЫ С РЫБКОЙ!

Пюре
1 яйцо
1/4 луковицы
200 гр пикши
Сливочное масло
4 ст л муки
Панировочные сухари

Готовим:
❤️Картофель отварить, слить воду,
добавить сливочное масло, размять в пюре. Остудить.

❤️Добавить яйцо, муку, посолить

❤️Лук порубить, обжарить на ГХИ

❤️Рыбку (кусочки филе)
запечь в духовке в фольге 40 мин 180 градусов

❤️Рыбку измельчить в блендере, смешать с луком, посолить

❤️Из пюре, как из теста, слепить лепешки, положить в центр начинку, закрыть, обвалять в сухарях, придать форму (все прилипает🤣Все равно лепите, панировочные сухари все отлично закрепят!✊🏻)

❤️Обжарить с двух сторон на масле ГХИ
