— Нам бы хотелось, чтобы она работала больше. Именно поэтому с одним из подрядчиком проработали вопрос: он планирует заложить в ближайшее время дом исключительно под ипотеку. Не под переселение из ветхого и аварийного жилфонда, не под социальное жильё, а исключительно под Арктическую ипотеку. Теперь квартиру под двухпроцентную ипотеку можно будет приобрести на первичном рынке, — сказал Юрий Бездудный.
