Через контактное лицо — 41-летнюю сотрудницу отдела кадров крупной энергетической компании — помощник военного комиссара фиктивно устраивал в компанию граждан, а от их имени заключались договоры с Минобороны. На СВО при этом никто не ехал, а сотрудник военкомата вместе с женой получали выплаты: 500 тысяч рублей единовременно и 50 тысяч ежемесячно.
Пока следствию удалось найти двоих фиктивно устроенных мужчин, но «мёртвых душ» в этом деле может быть гораздо больше. Супружеская пара задержана, у них провели обыск. Возбуждено дело по статье «мошенничество».
