Мосбиржа владела 13,1% акций KASE. Согласно обновленному списку акционеров теперь эта доля принадлежит ООО «Тетис Кэпитал» Д.У. ЗПИФ комбинированный «Нигелла» (8,5%) и ООО «Баланс Эссет Менеджмент» Д.У. ЗПИФ комбинированный «Левкой» (4,6%).
❓ЗПИФ - это внутренний российский офшор, который не обязан раскрывать своих пайщиков. Так что не исключено, что среди них осталась Мосбиржа или ее структуры.
Также KASE не разъясняет, продолжится ли использование инфраструктуры Мосбиржи. Ранее глава Нацбанка Тимур Сулейменов пояснял, что KASE по-прежнему будет работать на торгово-клиринговой системе российской биржи, поскольку ее «давным-давно оплатили, включая все апдейты до 2028 года». @nb_kz
