Помощник президента РФ Максим Орешкин, побывавший сегодня в Улан-Удэ, оперативно организовал визит министерства энергетики РФ в республику Бурятию.
Орешкин дал поручение замминистру энергетики РФ Павлу Сниккарсу на месте разобраться с вопросами энергобезопасности, дефицита энергии и энергобаланса в столице республики, а также необходимости строительства ТЭЦ-2.
Сниккарс после жаркой дискуссии в режиме ВКС заявил что делегация во главе с ним приедет 28 декабря. Билеты уже взяты. Это впечатляющая скорость принятия решений, намекающая на важность вопросов и заинтересованность федерального центра в их решении.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK.
