Известно, что в марте–мае 2024 года на границе с Сумской областью не было ДОТов и укреплений. Зато некоторые сооружения разместили в Белгородской области, вдали от того места, где в итоге произошел прорыв ВСУ.
Фото с награждением Лукина появилось в канале врио губернатора региона Алексея Смирнова, но потом его удалили. Наверное, от стыда.
