❗Пассажирский самолет, летевший в Грозный из Баку, упал в казахстанском Актау. Перед крушением лайнер кружил в небе, подав сигнал бедствия. О жертвах пока ничего не известно. На борту самолета Azerbaijan Airlines было 67 пассажиров и 5 членов экипажа. МЧС Казахстана сообщает, что есть выжившие.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
