На Ульяновском автозаводе заработала новая роботизированная линия по нанесению вторичного грунта, 29 января сообщаеттелеграм-канал «Грузовики и вообще». Это должно кардинально улучшить коррозионную стойкость кузовов.
На линии работают четыре робота, которые наносят вторичный полиэфирный грунт в два слоя электростатическим методом, каждый день участок проходят около 200 кузовов.
Новая технология распространяется на все «УАЗы», включая «Буханки», также в скором времени на этой линии будут грунтовать пикапы Sollers и грузовики Sollers Argo. Нововведение должно кратно улучшить качество окраски автомобилей Ульяновского автозавода. Читать эксклюзив подробнее…
