Сам Буйнов хотел уехать с места ДТП. За последние несколько лет он успел получить 172 штрафа на сумму 158 тысяч рублей.

Буйнова могут на два года лишить прав за нарушение ПДД, которое повлекло вред здоровью средней тяжести.
