Для начала предложу её изучить Российской трёхсторонней комиссии по регулированию социально-трудовых отношений. Направляю туда письмо, чтобы представители кабмина, профсоюзов и объединений работодателей оценили законопроект с точки зрения его эффективности и потенциальной реализации.
