🔸В будущем СМП должен стать коммерчески привлекательным маршрутом и в перспективе коммерчески окупаемым. Нужно строить суда коммерческого флота высокого ледового класса и обеспечить загрузку коммерческого флота с Востока на Запад
🔸Учитывая геополитику целесообразно привлечь к развитию СМП партнеров из дружественных нам стран, прежде всего Китая и Индии
🔸Необходимо приоритизировать мероприятия мастер-планов опорных арктических населенных пунктов в нацпроектах
🔸Стоит предоставить возможность направить средства от списания 2/3 задолженности по инфраструктурным бюджетным кредитам на модернизацию жилищного фонда
