⚠️🚨کودکان مبتلا به کووید-۱۹ پیش از برگشت به فعالیت ورزشی ممکن است نیاز به انجام ECG داشته باشند. کودکانی که تظاهرات شدید کووید-۱۹ داشتند یا دچار MIS-C شدند، باید به عنوان میوکاردیت در نظر گرفته شوند و برای سه تا شش ماه از ورزش خودداری کنند و پس از نرمال شدن تست‌های قلبی فعالیت ورزشی را از سر بگیرند. ⚠️🚨اگر ورزشکاران دچار MIC-S شوند، ممکن است قلب تحت تاثیر قرار بگیرد و دچار میوکاردیت ویروسی شوند، لذا توصیه می‌شود به مدت سه تا شش ماه برای این اشخاص ورزش محدود شود، این زمان استاندارد برای میوکاردیت ویروسی ناشی از هر نوع ویروسی است، چون میوکاردیت می‌تواند باعث آریتمی و مرگ ناگهانی قلبی شود.
به همین علت 🔴تا زمان بهبودی کامل و نرمال شدن تست‌های قلبی محدودیت ورزش ضرورت دارد. از کودکان با علائم متوسط و هر کودکی با تاریخچه‌ی مثبت علائم قلبی نیز باید ECG گرفته شود.
