Судя по посту в соцсетях, мужчина ежегодно выбирается за зимними опятами (Flammulina velutipes) — эти грибы съедобны, растут на поврежденных деревьях с середины осени и до самой весны, причем рост продолжается в периоды зимних оттепелей. То есть, нынешняя пасмурная и теплая зима — самое время для сбора зимних опят. Эти грибы употребляют в свежем, а также в маринованном и соленом виде.
