Раньше парковкой КИТа пользовались все автовладельцы окрестных улиц. Дворы-то забиты до невозможности, а там на ночь удобно оставлять. Более того, на парковке ТЦ годами уже стоят разбитые и брошенные машины, на которых уже плесень выросла. Но теперь халява кончилась. Бабло побеждает зло.
