Моей целью на год стало разнообразное питание.

Что я предприняла для этого за прошедший месяц:
🔘Начала готовить непривычные для себя блюда;
🔘Стала отслеживать, что ем в течение недели;
🔘Добавила в рацион сухофрукты и орехи вместо сладостей.

Одно из моих последних открытий - сублимированные фрукты и ягоды. Сушат их путём шокового охлаждения в условиях вакуума, что позволяет почти полностью сохранить питательные вещества. Так что для тех, кто следит за натуральностью употребляемых продуктов, это находка.

Упаковка невесомая, так что удобно брать с собой, чтобы перекусить вне дома.

Я же люблю добавлять сублимированные ягоды и фрукты в кашу по утрам, а Вере даю в качестве перекуса. Я предпочитаю персик, а дочка - малину. Ещё идеи блюд можно найти в группе бренда Freezstail.

А вы что больше любите: орехи или сухофрукты?

Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
