Но всё видится лучше, если посмотреть на картину в сумме. И таким образом из админской увидели, что это вовсе не эксклюзивная услуга. Например вот тут Мишустин хвалит ростовского губера Василия Голубева в присутствии своей бывшей заместительницы по правительству РФ Виктории Абрамченко. Которая тоже идёт на выборы — в Госдуму от той самой Ростовской области.
У АП и аппарата премьера есть план поддержки людей на выборах, и они его придерживаются. Теклером они как минимум не брезгуют.

Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
