С соответствующим предложением выступил заместитель председателя правительства Сахалинской области Вячеслав Аленьков на панельной сессии в рамках форума "Сильные идеи для нового времени".
Проектирование и дальнейшее внедрение такой платформы поможет устранить проблему дефицита кадров и увеличить производительность труда посредством вовлечения жителей и работников в решение задач региона.
Отмечается, что такая платформа способна улучшить прогнозирование в сферерынка труда, повысив точность прогнозовв вопросах кадрового обеспечения на уровне региона.
