Отмечается, что договор вступил в силу с 18 февраля 2022 года и действует до 30 июня 2036 года. На создание объекта концессионного соглашения планируется потратить до 857,2 млн рублей с учетом НДС. Предварительная дата начала эксплуатации — не позднее 1 октября 2023 года.
Так, новая котельная не только улучшит качество существующего теплоснабжения, но и поспособствует снижению негативного воздействия на окружающую среду.
