Но установка идёт прямо противоположная. Торжества отменяют по всей стране - от Тюмени до Калуги с Волгоградом. А новый болезненный повод выпустить пар у граждан может появиться уже совсем не в претензиях к региональным чиновникам, а к ребятам повыше: мобилизованные уже вовсю поступают на передовую, и без "похоронок", к сожалению, похоже не обойдётся.
