В среду 12 февраля поучаствовал во встрече со студентами 1-го курса факультета государственного и муниципального управления Кубанского государственного аграрного университета.
Разговор пошел о дате - это 82 годовщина освобождения Краснодара от оккупации в период Великой Отечественной. И естественно насщном - о волонтерах и доброольчестве: кто они, как ими становятся и зачем все это надо.
О том, что для многих все еще волонтерство - это ярлык или маркировка по принципу свой-чужой или признак некой хорошести, за которыми не стоит никаких реальных действий. О преимуществах проактивной жизненной позиции. Не обошлось без моей любимо метафоры про брешь в заборе, которую возможно видишь только ты. Следовательно, корее всего, если она беспокоит, то тебе ее и заделывать, либо предпринимать действия к организации процесса по заделке.
