Банан 1 шт. Яйцо 1 шт. Кукурузная мука 3-4 ст.л. Кокосовое масло 1 ч.л. ( или любое другое растительное)
Приготовление:
Размять банан вилкой и смешать с яйцом, добавить муку и масло. Перемешиваем и жарим на сковороде без масла на среднем огне по 2 минуты с каждой стороны.
