سلام دوستان وقتتون بخیر اینکه سعی کنم بتونم رفتارهای خودمو کنترل کنم گاهی من نمیتونم تو نقص هام میرم پذیریش بیمارمو ندارم وبرگردم به اون ادم قبل جلسه ولی امروز اگه سعی کنم رفتارها ونقص های خودم مهار کنم سعی کنم سکوت کنم تو خشم عصبانیتم نرم تو بازهای بیمار نرم اون موقته میتونم یه تغییز مثبت تو زندگیم ایجاد کنم بیشتر به بهبودی خودم اهمیت بدم تمرکزم نره سمت بیمارم
