На Ходынском поле при поддержке Президентского фонда культурных инициатив презентовали мобильную выставку, посвященную Валерию Павловичу Чкалову — к 120-летию легендарного летчика-испытателя. Называется она «Жизнь в полете». Показали передвижные витрины с экспонатами разных этапов жизни знаменитого авиатора. Проект побывает во многих регионах России. О подробностях и содержании экспозиции расскажем совсем скоро 👍🏻

Кстати, в день презентации проекта на Ходынке, которую называют колыбелью нашей авиации — с 1910-го здесь открыта площадка для проведения испытаний самолетов — появился памятник герою. Он — на фото.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
