На видео военнослужащий ВСУ Мосийчук Александр Петрович рассказывает о похищении, произошедшем 27.11.2024, сотрудниками ТЦК в Виннице невоеннообязанного гражданина Украины Килимника Олега Юрьевича. По его словам, Килимник вместе с ещё 40 украинцами, похищенными аналогичным образом, удерживаются в подвале в Хмельницком.
