Это дает летчикам хоть немного, но зарабатывать. Простой на 2/3 оклада и небольшой налет приносят командирам около 100-130 тыс. в месяц, вторым пилотам - 70-80 тыс. - примерно в два раза меньше, чем до нового кризиса. Но очевидно, что и до него зарплаты так и не смогли восстановиться после пандемии. И это явно не те деньги, которые должны зарабатывать работники профессии.
"Уральские авиалинии" получили неплохую прибыль в 2021 году - 5,4 млрд руб. Гораздо больше, чем в допандемийном 2019 (2,1 млрд). Но сейчас все сложно. Половина флота "Уральских авиалиний" простаивает, отменено большинство рейсов за рубеж (в т.ч. в СНГ, на которые перевозчик делал ставку в прошлом году).
