На этот раз в Тюмень из ОАЭ прилетели два пассажира с 56 кг модного нынче дубайского шоколада (Fex DUBAI CHOCOLATE и Fix DESSERT CHOCOLATE). В "Рощино" у них изъяли 256 плиток стоимостью 940 тыс. руб. Получается, цена каждой шоколадки около 3,7 тыс.

Мужчины признали, что везли сладости на продажу. Подавать декларации не собирались. За это на них возбудили два дела об административных правонарушениях по ч. 1 ст. 16.2 КоАП (недекларирование товаров).

Одно суд уже рассмотрел. Наказание – конфискация всех 72 плиток. В отношении второй партии решение еще не принято.
