Мой любимый и быстрый рецепт. Пеку обычно с вечера и утром наслаждаемся домашней выпечкой.
🔸1 пачка творога 5% 🔸1 яйцо 🔸Щепотка соли и пакетик ванильного сахара 🔸3 ложки муки с горкой 🔸1 ч.л. разрыхлителя
Все смешать, слепить булочки или бублики, смазать желтком и посыпать маком или кунжутом по вкусу. Выпекаем 20 минут на 180 градусах. Без добавления сахара эти булочки можно использовать для домашних бургеров.
