Вообще это не лазанья, а греческое блюдо «Мусака», но мне было лень и я сделала очень простую версию.
1️⃣ Баклажаны нарезать язычками, выложить в форму; 2️⃣ Посолить и смазать томатной пастой; 3️⃣ выложить фарш; 4️⃣ снова выложить баклажаны и посолить 5️⃣ Томатную пасту
Запекаем минут 40-50 на 200 градусов и за минут пять до конца посыпать сыром и дать ему расплавиться.
При приготовлении мусаки баклажаны обжариваются с каждой стороны, Фарш обжаривается с луком и томатной пастой Все заливается соусом бешамель и тертым сыром. Это очень вкусно, но жирненько и геморрно, а тут тоже ничего и пп.
