По словам местных, управляющая компания предложила жильцам скинуться на ремонт оголовков дома. Люди собрали 1,7 млн рублей, но после этого газ на колонки так и не дали, даже на Новый год.
Теперь УК снова просит деньги — по 40 тысяч с квартиры. Жильцы отказались, написали досудебную претензию ещё в декабре, но ответа до сих пор нет.
