⚡Прокуратурой области организована проверка по публикациям средств массовой информации о нарушении жилищных прав собственников многоквартирного дома № 167 по улице Краснознаменной города Воронежа, в том числе 84-летней узницы фашистских лагерей.
По сообщениям СМИ, в доме, где проживает престарелая женщина, не исправны системы канализации и отопления, имеются течи с потолка, происходит обрушение перекрытий, отсутствуют горячая вода и теплоснабжение. Обращения в Государственную жилищную инспекцию и ресурсоснабжающие организации результатов не дали.
❗В ходе проверки соблюдения жилищного законодательства будет дана правовая оценка действиям должностных лиц, полноте принятых мер по обращениям граждан. При наличии оснований будут приняты меры прокурорского реагирования.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon." On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
