Чудеса голосования на "Активном гражданине"

Чудеса чудесные обнаружились на портале "Активный гражданин", где вчера начались очередные публичные обсуждения изменений в правила землепользования и застройки города.

Жители Крылатского решили высказать свое мнение по проекту Крылатская, 23 👆🏻, но сделать этого не смогли: оказалось, что установленная зона проведения общественных обсуждений ровненько совпадает с границей проекта (фото 2). Это значит, что голосовать могут только те, кто зарегистрирован на этом пустыре - то есть никто 🤷‍♀️. Ну что это, если не чудеса?

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
