1. Новостроевская, 2а - участок на 7,2 га или 110 тыс. кв. м. жилья. Проект может подпортить малину Самолету и ПИКу, которые плотно сидят на этом котле спроса, свесив ноги, выжимая ебические деньги с этого зажопинска за счет молодоженов из Бутово, которым нужно куда-то расселяться.
2. Участок в лесу треугольной формы. Будет удивительно если кто-то Гранельке разрешит пилить этот лес. Надеемся, что Гранель просто хочет сделать благоустройство этого замечательного лесного массива на 4,4 га.
