Судя по планам освоения Южного порта - Москва Сити будет курить в сторонке. Такой масштабный Печатники Сити намечается.

Из "классического" сити переносимся в "Южный порт" - новое "сити", появилось ещё пара любопытных визуализаций локации и проекта Nikken Sekkei. От промзоны №26 ничего не останется, кроме завода "Москвич" и депо Печатники. Все остальное - доминанта на доминанте в "Печатниках сити".

Что по проектам на локацию?
1. Южный порт от KAMEN
2. Южный порт от APEX
3. Южный порт от ABD
4. Офисники в локации Южного порта - 3-й Угрешский, 6
5. Южнопортовая от Формы - Cie
6. Южнопортовая, 21 от Capital Group
7. Шоссейная, 4 от Галс
8. Южнопортовая, 3 - пока без девелопера
9. Левел Южнопортовая или Новая волна - стартовали в брони в декабре, сейчас в открытом прайсе по 330 тыс. руб./кв. м - рост 10%-15% относительно старта. На перспективу - хорошая цена, но продажи у ребят идут плохо - уже накатили своих фирменных скидок от накидок - -20%.
