Давали долгое время скидки по 20%, чтобы хоть как-то продавать в районе 150 тыс. руб./кв. м. Потом произошли 2 оборота цены на рынке недвижимости и теперь там метр стоит под 400 тыс. руб. Кстати, последний месяц скинули до 350 тыс. руб./кв. м. Ну не идут продажи в типа бизнес-классе. Бизнес-классная жопа.
