ПИК готовит к старту свой проект в Кунцево - кварталы 47, 48 или Ивана Франко, 4-6. Стартуют с 3 башен, вроде даже не меняли сам мастерплан проекта, который утверждался более 5 лет назад. Очевидно, что фасады будут другие, так как вкусы за это время изменились.

Рендеры проекта на улице Ивана Франко от ПИК. Ранее было замечено, что проект будет позиционироваться как ПИК+. Сразу видно, могут когда хотят - получилось ну хоть что-то похожее не на коробки. Между «красивыми» корпусами стоит один уродский корпус под реновацию.

ПИК готовил проект ещё в 2017 году. Он мог быть разноцветным ПИК-1, а получился ПИК+.

П.С. Именно пост про этот проект стал первым на тг-канале «Недвижимость инсайды». Первый админ канала, выйдя из офиса на Баррикадной, вдохновился этим проектом. А потом как понеслось.

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
