Ранее проект был от бюро GAFA. Ребята, вероятно, понимали, что проект в стол, поэтому просто скормили заказчику копипаст One Hyde Park из Лондона. Правда, архитекторы говорят, не корпирнули, а вдохновились. Да, и массинг там другой, не так ли, Григориус?
