Не уходим с Пресни. Какую-то бумажную концепцию на ЗУ "Пресненский Вал, 38 стр 5" нашел СиТ. Там находится заброшенный детский сад РЖД.

В 2004 разрешали построить там дом, но не срослось не получилось, поэтому в 2017 году опять участок продавался под соусом, что там можно воткнуть высотку на 18 этажей.

Визуалы больше похоже на веселые картинки от студента МАРХИ. Было бы странно, если бы такие вещи сделало сейчас какое-то серьезное бюро.

Ну и да, в 2023 году выдали ГПЗУ со стройкой ДОУ на 3,7 тыс. кв. м. Хэппи энд!

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows.
