Этот участок купили осенью 2023 года, в порыве активного набирания проектов в свой портфель. Сейчас че мы видим, много чего пытаются выкинуть в продажу, но что-то не особо получается. Говорят, что есть огромный затык с Северным Портом. Город хочет акцентный и красивый небоскреб в рамках куска проекта Мангазеи. А Мангазея не хочет это реализовывать. Хочет все коробками затыкать и быть красивой и успешной. Обосновывает все экономикой проекта.
