На ЗУ "Кузнецкий мост, 21/5" ГЗК согласовала проект реконструкции доходного дома Первого российского страхового общества. Здание полностью ОКН, так как построено было в далеком 1908 году. Архитектор - Бенуа. С 1918 по 1952 год в нем располагался МИД.

Проектом занимается ГК "Стройтэкс". У них в портфеле из элитного фигурирует: Allegoria Mosca и Villa Grace. Проектом в 2021 году интересовался ПИК для своего бренда Mono.

По информации господина Филатова, инвестиции в проект составят 30 ярдов.

P.S. Интересно, обновлят ли как-то памятник Воровскому, который стоит во дворе здания.
