Первичка это не только дешевая ипотека, новая инфраструктура, но и мечта о прекрасном. Людям свойственно мечтать, ожидая ввод своего жилья, ведь сейчас самые активные на рынке - дети поколения, которое вложилось в МММ. Следующее поколение будет не таким.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
