Всё предельно просто! Никаких воронок и уксуса🙅‍♀️

✏Доводим до кипения полсоленную воду. Беру не кастрюлю, а большую глубокую сковороду, чтобы сразу несколько яиц готовить.
✏Убавляем огонь, чтобы не было "булек".
✏Яйцо разбиваем на ложку с дырочками (шумовку), чтобы самая жидкая часть белка стекла, а густая-осталась. Именно эта жидкая часть дает некрасивые лохмотья, поэтому избавляемся от нее
✏Аккуратно выливаем яйцо в кипяток и варим 2 минуты.Белок приготовится, а желток останется жидкий👍Достаем шумовкой и подаем.Ангела за трапезой😇
