✅грибы крупные- 500 гр
✅кус-кус- 50 гр
✅вода горячая-100 мл
✅лук-1 шт.
✅соль-по вкусу
✅паприка-по вкусу
✅укроп
✅оливк.масло.

✏Кус-кус заливаем кипятком, накрываем и даём запариться минут 10. Солим и добавляем паприку (или другие специи) по вкусу. Перемешиваем.
✏Грибы моем, отделяем ножки. Нарезаем ножки мелко и обжариваем вместе с мелко нашинкованной луковицей минут 10. Подсаливаем по вкусу.
✏Смешиваем ножки с луком, укроп (мелко нарезанный) и кус-кус.
✏Этой начинкой фаршируем грибы (довольно плотно). Смазываем оливковым маслом. Запекаем минут 20-30 (в зависимости от размера грибов) при 180 градусах. Ангела за трапезой!👼
