✅кальмары- 3 средних тушки ✅мука- 4 ст. л. (2 ст.л. пшеничной+ 2 ст.л. нутовой или др. по вкусу) ✅соль, перец, сухой чеснок, куркума- по вкусу ✅вода- 100-150 мл ✅растит.масло- для жарки
✏️Берем кальмары среднего размера и заливаем кипятком. Промываем холодной водой и чистим от пленок и внутренностей. ✏️Режем тонкой соломкой. Добавляем муку (у меня пшеничная и нутовая. Берите ту, которая вам по вкусу). ✏️Добавляем соль, перец, сухой чеснок и куркуму. Перемешиваем. Понемногу вливаем воду, чтобы получилась довольно густая консистенция теста. ✏️Выкладываем на разогретую сковородку. Жарим с двух сторон. Ангела за трапезой!😇
